Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, with 1–2 years’ experience working as a project manager in a manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis in Excel and Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, supplies, and vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, sales, marketing, and quality to support project scheduling and resource allocation.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, identifying variances and potential issues.
• Coordinate with Plant Managers and other departments to resolve issues.
• Update the project status report daily and review with customers regularly; compile and retain project documentation.
