Waupaca Foundry, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead large complex initiatives across Engineering, Operations and Procurement. You will mentor coordinators, manage multiple projects, and drive cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.

The role emphasizes liaison across departments, tracking progress, ensuring designs are manufacturable, coordinating outsourcing and supplier integration, and supporting continuous improvement in casting operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or Manufacturing; or 4+ years related work experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and large, complex projects.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are achieved.
• Serve as liaison between Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Quality.
• Track and report progress, ensuring designs are manufacturable and aligned with supplier capabilities.
• Identify, onboard, and manage third-party service providers for outsourced operations.
• Coordinate with engineering during design to ensure manufacturability and cost objectives.
• Support procurement to ensure timely sourcing of materials and services.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance efficiency and collaboration.
