Job summary

Wisenbaker-Builder-Services seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead lean manufacturing initiatives across cabinet manufacturing. You will drive cost reductions, boost productivity, and cut waste while coordinating between engineering, operations, and procurement teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management within manufacturing, an engineering or manufacturing degree, and familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools. Lean Six Sigma is a bonus, and TPM knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in cabinet manufacturing, woodworking, or millwork industries.
• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean manufacturing projects for cost reduction, productivity boosts, waste reduction, and process efficiency across procurement and supply chain.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to uncover bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Lead procurement and supply chain projects ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
• Use data-driven insights to track performance and guide decisions.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost savings, quality, and supplier performance.
