Job summary

Wisenbaker-Builder-Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead lean manufacturing initiatives in cabinet manufacturing, woodworking, or millwork environments. You will coordinate across engineering, operations, and quality teams to drive cost reductions, productivity gains, and process improvements.

The role requires 5+ years of project management experience, a degree in Engineering or Manufacturing, and Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in cabinet manufacturing, woodworking, or millwork industries.
• A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Lead lean manufacturing projects for cost reduction, productivity, waste reduction, and efficiency across procurement and supply chain.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to identify bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions.
• Lead procurement and supply chain projects ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
• Use data-driven insights to track performance, identify trends, and guide supply chain decisions.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost savings, quality, and supplier performance.
