Job summary

Wisenbaker Builder Services, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead cabinet manufacturing and millwork projects from start to finish.

You will drive lean initiatives across procurement and supply chain, coordinate engineering, operations, and quality teams, and deliver projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has 5+ years PM experience in woodworking industries, a relevant engineering/manufacturing degree, and Lean Six Sigma proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in cabinet manufacturing, woodworking, or millwork industries.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
• Knowledge of procurement software, ERP systems, and supply chain best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and quality.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost savings and supplier performance.
