Job summary

VIRA is seeking a Project Manager to oversee key client projects, coordinating all phases from initiation to installation. You will set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables stay within scope and budget.

You will work directly with clients to align expectations and report status to upper management. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in project management, strong Excel/VLOOKUP skills, and experience with ERP/MRP systems to support cost control and value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or related field required or preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in account or project management.
• Experience supporting customer initiatives with high customer satisfaction.
• Strong technical expertise to support design and value engineering efforts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct all project phases from RFP to installation.
• Ensure deliverables meet scope and budget; monitor progress and deadlines.
• Prepare status reports for upper management.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to meet expectations.
