Olympus Group Inc in Orlando, FL is seeking a Project Manager I to support Account Managers by organizing order details and coordinating projects from pre-sales through production, ensuring accurate production and timely updates.

You will use ERP systems and MS Project, manage artwork workflows, set up new customer accounts, and track orders to prevent delays, while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

1–3 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or equivalent tools.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain fundamentals.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Assists account manager with pre-sale activities and color-match targets.
Collects order details and enters them into the ERP; sets up new customer accounts.
Schedules project launch meetings with internal teams.
Manages artwork process and client approvals.
Submits purchase requisitions and ensures POs are linked to orders.
Tracks open orders through production and alerts for potential delays.
Monitors ERP data to ensure accurate production, shipping and billing.
Provides status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
