Job summary

Davies Molding LLC, an ITG company, seeks a results-driven Project/Program Manager to lead multiple plastics manufacturing projects from quotation through launch. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Required: 3–7 years in project or program management, experience with APQP/PPAP and ISO quality systems, and a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3–7 years of project management, program management, manufacturing, or engineering experience.
• Experience in plastics manufacturing, injection molding, tooling, or related environments preferred.
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, engineering change processes, and ISO quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from quotation through production launch.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, action plans, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities among Engineering, Tooling, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address delays, risks, and resource constraints.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure project objectives, timelines, and customer requirements are clearly understood and achieved.
