Responsibilities

• Track and provide project status updates and maintain documentation
• Coordinate with managers, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
• Address issues in a timely and proactive manner
• Facilitate discussions on scenarios, ROI, and timing
• Initiate and coordinate major projects
• Maintain integrity and accuracy of project information
• Monitor progress, action items, timelines and budgets
• Solicit input from SMEs and propose changes
• Provide clear communication with managers, suppliers and stakeholders
• Prepare and summarize data trends in status reports
