Job summary

Canrig Drilling Technology Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager for the Magnolia manufacturing facility to plan, coordinate, and drive execution of cross-functional projects.

You will own schedules, scope, milestones, and risk while coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Sales, PSC, and the plant team to ensure on-time delivery and clear accountability. You will maintain status reporting, lead reviews, and push continuous improvements, with a focus on integrated planning and disciplined project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of project management delivering multi-stakeholder technical or operational projects in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Experience coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and supporting functions without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience producing recurring status reports and executive presentations.
• Proficiency with MS Project/Smartsheet/Primavera and strong PowerPoint/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and schedules with sponsors and leads.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, and PSC; adjust sequencing as needed.
• Coordinate materials, capacity, labor, test, and equipment to align with commitments.
• Maintain a single source of truth for project status, owners, and due dates for leadership.
• Lead kickoffs, reviews, and retrospectives with clear agendas and tracked actions.
• Monitor budgets, risks, issues, dependencies; escalate readiness gaps with recommended actions.
• Develop executive-ready reports and dashboards for leadership reviews.
• Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement across projects.
