Job summary

Griffith Foods International Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate and execute engineering projects onsite in Lithonia, GA. The role involves leading capital projects, coordinating maintenance, and working with external contractors to meet plant goals.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical/mechatronic/chemical engineering background with at least 2 years of project management experience and proficiency in AutoCAD. Eligible for work in the United States, visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in Engineering Project Management.
• Experience with AutoCAD or a similar drafting system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and exercise functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects within the assigned facility.
• Oversee personnel on capital projects, including maintenance and outside contractors, aligning staffing requirements.
• Communicate with the team to plan, troubleshoot, and present plans to stakeholders or Steering Committee.
