Qualifications

• Knowledge of 'Lean Manufacturing' principles at a basic level.
• Ability to read blueprints at an advanced level.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Proven experience in performing time studies and setting routing standards.
• CAD or 3D modeling system operation knowledge at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard work processes for manufacturing assembly lines.
• Implement process improvements using Lean tools for productivity.
• Coordinate engineering change management activities.
• Support prototype builds and pilot launches for projects.
• Conduct Job Safety and Ergonomic assessments.
