Job description

The primary responsibility of the Manufacturing Integration and Transformation (MIT) team is designing and implementing manufacturing processes and equipment across the Andersen Enterprise on medium to large scale projects. Candidates for this position should possess a strong technical background with the desire to be a change agent and have the energy and passion to improve both our production and functional processes while leading with integrity. This is a hybrid role with travel requirements up to 25%.Partner with the Safety group to ensure all new or modified processes meet or exceed corporate safety requirements. **QUALIFICATIONS:** Minimum 5 years of engineering experience preferred with mechanical aptitude Preferred: 8+ years of equipment design and installation experience Equipment procurement experience Project management skillsKnowledge of Lean manufacturing principlesKnowledge of 2D & 3D solid modeling preferred (AutoCad/Inventor)Ability to travel up to 25%
