Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or project management in a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Support and potentially lead product transfer project initiatives that align with site and business objectives.
Manage and maintain cost savings project templates, tracking mechanisms, and documentation.
Coordinate site tooling activities, including tooling improvements and new tooling implementation.
Support AI-enabled manufacturing initiatives by evaluating, testing, and implementing technologies.
Develop and execute project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Monitor project progress, communicate status updates, and mitigate risks.
Analyze manufacturing data to identify opportunities for productivity, waste reduction, and cost savings.
Support continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
