Job summary

Faith Technologies in Wisconsin seeks a Manufacturing Programs Manager to govern and drive programs across sites, ensuring strategic alignment with enterprise goals and capacity plans.

You'll lead a team of Managers and Associate Managers, coordinating with Safety, Quality, Operations Engineering, and IT to deliver NPIs, capacity expansions, and line launches while promoting Lean and structured decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any related field of study; master's preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or related field.
• Willingness to travel 0-25% and work 7 am–5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, metrics, and reporting across portfolios.
• Manage strategic manufacturing initiatives across plants and product lines.
• Identify risks, maintain RAID logs, and drive corrective actions.
• Provide executive-level status reports on performance, risks, and benefits.
• Lead and develop Managers and Associate Managers responsible for NPIs and launches.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Operations Engineering, Planning & Scheduling, and IT.
• Develop capacity plans aligned with long-term forecasts and growth.
