About the Role:

The Manufacturing Production Worker - Machine Operator plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of machinery within theDairy industry. This position is responsible for ensuring that production processes run smoothly and safely, contributing to the overall productivity of the facility. The operator will monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime. Additionally, they will adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to ensure that all products meet industry regulations. Ultimately, the success of this role directly impacts the company's ability to deliver high-quality products to its customers in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of machinery and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
