In this hands-on role, you will operate production equipment, perform quality checks, complete required documentation, and help keep products moving safely and efficiently from start to finish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–12 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Experience using micrometers, verniers, calipers, scales is helpful.
• Ability to wear a respirator when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently according to training and instructions.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections to verify products meet specifications.
• Use testing equipment for quality checks (bubble point, leak, flow, differential pressure).
• Set up and use inspection tools and test equipment at the workstation.
• Complete production documentation and system transactions accurately and on time.
• Identify and communicate quality concerns or barriers affecting safety, quality, or delivery.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Utility team member to support manufacturing operations within our Value Stream. In this hands‑on role, you will operate production equipment, perform quality checks, complete required documentation, and help keep products moving safely and efficiently from start to finish. What You’ll Do

Operate production equipment safely and efficiently according to training, work instructions, quality standards, and standard shop practices.

• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections to verify products meet specifications.
• Use testing equipment to complete required quality checks, including bubble point, leak, flow, and differential pressure testing.
• Set up and use inspection tools and test equipment accurately at the workstation.
• Complete required production documentation and system transactions accurately and on time.
• Identify and communicate quality concerns, process issues, or barriers that may impact safety, quality, delivery, or production goals.
• Support smooth product flow through the Value Stream and assist with handoffs between process steps.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and quality‑focused work area.

Total Rewards
The starting compensation for this position is $21.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
