Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with fiberglass, composites, welding, fabrication, or sewing is a plus.
• Ability to read basic instructions, follow procedures, and learn new processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on production work in a manufacturing environment.
• Operate tools and equipment used in fiberglass, metal fabrication, or fabric assembly.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Meet production schedules and performance expectations.
• Support continuous improvement efforts across the production floor.
