Job summary

Explore Industries is hiring a Construction & Electrical Specialist in Knoxville, TN, to build and assemble the structural frame of above-ground fiberglass pools and complete plumbing, electrical wiring, and testing before delivery.

You will work on-site in a shop/manufacturing environment, handling hand and power tools, following plans, and ensuring safety. The role involves reading diagrams, lifting up to 50 lbs, and collaborating with teams to meet delivery readiness.

Qualifications

• Previous construction, electrical, plumbing, or related hands-on experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing.
• Ability to read measurements, diagrams and installation instructions.

Responsibilities

• Construct and assemble structural frames and reinforcement systems for above-ground fiberglass pools.
• Install and connect pool plumbing systems, including pumps, filters and skimmers.
• Measure, cut, assemble PVC piping and fittings; test for leaks.
• Install pool lighting, wiring, and electrical components; prepare system for delivery.
