The position is contract to hire with two shifts, requiring lifting up to 50 pounds, familiarity with hand tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to learn production machinery.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic problem-solving for equipment issues.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Willing to work in a physically demanding, non-climate-controlled environment.
• Experience with production tasks and hand tools.
• Ability to safely operate or learn forklifts and material-handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment per safety and quality standards.
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and minor troubleshooting.
• Inspect finished products for defects and verify specifications.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Document production data and report issues to supervisors.
• Assist with loading/unloading raw materials and finished goods.
• Lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Use hand tools and production equipment safely.
• Collaborate with team members and support other production activities.
