Perform required tasks and duties for the designated position, as determined by team composition and crewing needs. Must maintain timely progress through assigned operational training. Must flexibly perform a variety of roles in a team-based environment. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently, and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR), and our Customer 1st strategy. Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or GED
• Must demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance
• Highly self-motivated, with ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Effective problem-solving ability
• Active listening skills
• Effective oral/written communication skills
• Positive, approachable demeanor
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and readily adapt to change
• Basic reading (comprehension) and math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction)

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain timely arrival and attendance for scheduled shifts
• Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn
• Complete training and skill development to master at least one rotational position
• Progress toward Tech Level 1 performance within established time frames
• Ensure safe execution of operational roles and product quality
• Read equipment-specific standard work before engaging machinery

• Understand plant strategy, functions, and objectives
• Collaborate with training coordinators to maintain development pace
• Complete cross-training as needed
• Support team goals through cooperative behavior
