Job summary

Pioneer Metal Finishing is hiring for a manufacturing role with 1st–3rd shifts in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will learn our metal finishing processes, handle parts orders and tooling requests, ensure proper labeling, and participate in customer performance testing.

This position emphasizes safety and on-the-job development in a fast-paced environment. As a full-time team member, you’ll be supported by comprehensive benefits and daily pay options, with opportunities for advancement and training

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift - works 7am - 3pm
• 2nd Shift - works 3pm - 11pm ($1.50/hr. Differential)
• 3rd Shift - works 11pm - 7am ($2.00/hr. Differential)

Key Information

• You’ll learn a lot about our processes
• You’re responsible for ordering parts, placing tooling requests, and ensuring product is labeled.
• You’ll be conducting customer performance character testing
