Plastipak is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a 12‑hour shift and ensure operational performance excellence. You will promote a safety‑first, quality‑driven culture and manage performance evaluations, discipline, and team motivation.

Job description

As the Production Supervisor, you are responsible for the operational performance excellence of your shift. You ensure policies & procedures are upheld in our safety-first & quality-oriented culture.

You Will

You Have

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Associates degree preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work 6:30 pm - 7 am Sunday - Saturday, on a schedule cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and repeat
