Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee daily production operations, guide production team, and play a key role in meeting production goals, customer commitments, and company objectives.
You are a strong people leader with excellent problem‑solving skills and a proven ability to balance production demands with employee engagement. You excel at prioritizing work, communicating effectively, and creating an environment where employees can succeed. Prior electronic manufacturing experience preferred.

$57,017 – $85,525
This salary range represents the compensation ComSonics reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting and has been established in good faith based on current market data, internal pay practices, and applicable laws. Final compensation will be determined within this range based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, education, internal equity, geographic location, and business needs. Offers are typically aligned within the lower to mid-range of the salary band, depending on experience and alignment with role requirements.
