We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team and drive operational excellence. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee daily production operations, guide production team, and play a key role in meeting production goals, customer commitments, and company objectives.

Base Salary Range:

$57,017 – $85,525

This salary range represents the compensation ComSonics reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting and has been established in good faith based on current market data, internal pay practices, and applicable laws. Final compensation will be determined within this range based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, education, internal equity, geographic location, and business needs. Offers are typically aligned within the lower to mid-range of the salary band, depending on experience and alignment with role requirements.

Incentive Compensation:

• Positions not eligible for commission may be eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Bonus opportunities are based on role level and are subject to individual and company performance. Any bonus is not guaranteed and is governed by the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
