Job summary

Schlumberger Limited seeks a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to support our Data Center infrastructure solutions business. You will lead and coach teams, ensure safety, provide equipment and prints, resolve issues, and drive quality and process improvements.

This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, development of work instructions, and performance reviews under the Manufacturing System framework. English fluency and legal work eligibility in the US are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in supervisory roles preferred.
• Experience working with assembly related operations or equivalent preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to legally work and reside in the US without sponsorship.
