Raytheon’s Circuit Card Manufacturing (CCM) group is hiring a Production Supervisor in the Sensors High Volume value stream. You will lead a manufacturing operations team of 20–30 people in a fast-paced setting to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals by planning, organizing, and directing production flow.

You will drive a safe work environment, engage in safety improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, maintenance, and program management.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years in related manufacturing/ops.
• Experience supervising and leading manufacturing/operations teams.

Bring your talent and leadership to Raytheon's Circuit Card Manufacturing (CCM). We have a high visibility opportunity for a Production Supervisor in the Sensors High Volume value stream. Overall responsibility for a manufacturing operations team consisting of 20-30 employees. This individual will lead a team in a fast paced and dynamic environment to ensure products meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery requirements by planning, organizing, and directing the flow of production.

You will be responsible for a safe work environment and will actively lead and engage in safety improvement projects. Engage in daily interaction with other cross business teams in Raytheon to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives. This role requires daily interaction with manufacturing engineering, maintenance, production control, finance, and the program management office. Achieving/exceeding cost, quality, delivery safety goals and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities using six sigma and lean methodologies are critical performance criteria for this position

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Supervisory, management, leadership and/or Manufacturing/Operations experience is required.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with a proven track record of lean / six sigma.
• Previous experience supervising bargaining unit employees.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access).
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma or other similar process improvement methodologies.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
