Job summary

BF SUMA PHARMACEUTICALS INC is seeking a Production Assistant to support manufacturing operations, data entry, scheduling, and material flow in our California facility. You will help maintain ERP data, track BOMs, and coordinate with production, warehouse, and QA to ensure on-time output.

The role emphasizes accuracy, GMP readiness, and participation in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and planning reliability.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
Experience in manufacturing operations or supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare, update, and track master production schedules (annual, monthly, weekly) based on demand, inventory, and material availability.
Verify material, packaging, and capacity alignment prior to production runs.
Maintain ERP data, BOMs, routing information, and version control.
Coordinate material flow between production, warehouse, and QA to ensure timely production execution.
Support Lean Manufacturing and TPM initiatives through data collection, tracking, and basic analysis.
Assist with documentation accuracy to support cGMP compliance and internal audits.
Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency, accuracy, and planning reliability.
