Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Manufacturing Production Partner I to support a fast-paced food manufacturing operation in Houston. You will participate in the production of self-manufactured products and help achieve optimum process performance.

Responsibilities include maintaining process ownership, loading materials, operating basic equipment, and ensuring product quality. You will also complete safety training and document processes in the QMS.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Certification in Team Skills.
• QES standards knowledge.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Basic math, reading, and writing.
• PC skills.
• Bi-lingual language skills a plus.
• Team-based, good communication.

Responsibilities

• Owns total process ownership to ensure optimum condition of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Performs basic product handling to convert raw material into finished goods (e.g., moving, weighing, packaging, stacking, operating a metal detector).
• Completes safety- and environmental-related training.
• Applies basic knowledge of / completes Mfg system (QMS) documentation.
• Assists with preparing / loading production materials.
• Checks for accuracy of product.
• Maintains Mfg processes and equipment in optimum condition.
• Machine operation may include basic operation of scales, metal detector, headspace analyzer, and other basic printing/processing equipment.
