Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Manufacturing Production Partner I to join the plant operations team. You will own key manufacturing processes, handle products, and complete safety and QMS documentation. The role includes assisting with materials, checks for accuracy, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities span packaging, palletizing, and loading shipments, with work in various plant environments requiring teamwork and reliability. Seeking motivated individuals ready for hands-on production work.

Qualifications

• Certification in Team Skills is required.
• Knowledge/understanding of QES standards is required.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills needed.
• Proficient PC skills are required.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Effective communication skills are essential.
• Ability to operate machines at a basic level.

Responsibilities

• Maintains total process ownership to ensure optimum conditions.
• Performs basic product handling to convert raw material into finished goods.
• Completes safety- and environmental-related training.
• Applies basic knowledge of Mfg system (QMS) documentation.
• Assists with preparing/loading production materials.
• Checks for accuracy of product.
• Maintains manufacturing processes and equipment in good condition.
• Operate basic machinery/equipment including scales, metal detectors, conveyors, printers as applicable.
