This position will work out of Portage, WI on 5th Shift - Saturday and Sunday, 10:30 am - 10:30 pm along with 2 - 8 hour shifts during the week (Monday - Friday), on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Role Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets, including molding presses, inspection, packaging, and oven room duties.
• Collaborate with QC inspectors and communicate issues related to quality and process.
• Maintain proper documentation for traceability.
• Use Factivity software for managing production, labor, and machine monitoring.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and leads.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift and push/pull up to 25-40 lbs. as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for 8-12 hours.
