This position will work out of Portage, WI on 5th Shift - Saturday and Sunday, 10:30 am - 10:30 pm along with 2 - 8 hour shifts during the week (Monday - Friday), on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Role Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
• Operate molding presses, inspect, package, label, wash parts, and tend oven rooms.
• Collaborate with QC inspectors and communicate about quality issues.
• Work with Manufacturing Technicians, Maintenance, and Production Leads to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift and push/pull weights up to 25-40 lbs. and stand for long hours.
