Responsibilities

• Oversee the production of all manufactured products.
• Focus on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Work with production supervisors and Engineering for improvements.
• Manage workflow and staff planning to meet quality and delivery requirements.
• Monitor stock of sub-assemblies and finished goods.
• Provide guidance and support to production personnel.
• Create and manage quality procedures and corrective actions.
• Supervise maintenance schedules and facilitate maintenance work.
• Identify training needs and implement training programs.
