We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Manager - Electrical & Refrigeration to lead a multidisciplinary team of 20+ technicians supporting mechanical assembly, electrical, refrigeration, fabrication, and product testing.
This is a leadership and project management role rather than a hands-on technician position. The top priority is finding someone with strong experience leading teams, managing production schedules, maintaining accountability, and keeping multiple projects on track.
Projects typically run 2-4 months, with individual procedures or phases averaging approximately one week. This individual will coordinate staffing, priorities, resources, timelines, and workflow to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and delivery expectations.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Manager will provide leadership and direction to production leads and technicians while overseeing the safe, effective, and efficient operation of multiple manufacturing departments.
