Job summary

Envirosafe Tanks in Bushnell, FL, seeks a Production Manager to lead daily shop operations for ~25–30 staff across fabrication, painting, and maintenance. You will develop teams, ensure quality, and maintain equipment reliability while delivering jobs under approved labor-hour budgets.

Responsibilities include creating production plans, overseeing safety and regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement through effective leadership and resource management.

Qualifications

• Leadership of a fabrication or manufacturing operation with responsibility for people, scheduling, quality and labor-hour performance.
• Ability to evaluate drawings, workmanship and sequence of operations in fabrication.
• Experience supervising industrial maintenance and evaluating troubleshooting decisions, repair estimates and downtime.
• Ability to develop department leads, coordinate trades, and exercise hiring/disciplinary authority fairly.

Responsibilities

• Production & workflow oversight: build daily/weekly plans to complete jobs below approved labor-hour budgets.
• Test and ensure quality at every station handoff and correct defects before work moves downstream.
• Safety, regulatory compliance: enforce OSHA requirements and PPE; maintain a clean, safe shop.
