Job summary

Arroweye in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Leader to oversee production, safety, quality and workflow efficiencies across the facility.

You will direct production scheduling, monitor equipment, collaborate with other managers, collect and analyze production data, and drive continuous improvement. A Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Manufacturing Management and 7+ years in leadership are required, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on safety, quality, and cost management.
• Experience coordinating production and maintenance activities.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and efficiency.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs, plans and coordinates production activities and workflow priorities.
• Oversees equipment selection/maintenance and resource determination.
• Monitors production, adjusts schedules to meet business needs.
• Collaborates with managers to coordinate inter-department activities.
• Collects, evaluates and analyzes production data for continuous improvement.
• Inspects products for quality and defects; drives corrective actions.
