Job summary

ARCH Global Precision is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to direct and coordinate production activities, set objectives, and organize workflow. You will manage schedules and inventory to meet customer delivery requirements while using available capacity effectively.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and safety focus, with an Associates degree or 1–2 years of related experience. A proactive liaison between departments is essential to meet targets and budgets.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 1–2 years related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates manufacturing activities by supervising staff or via subordinates.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Manage production schedules for delivery requirements and inventory levels.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Submit reports on performance and progress.
• Coordinate and monitor projects from initiation through delivery.
• Identify and allocate project resources.
• Serve as liaison between manufacturing and other departments to meet targets.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor department productivity and budgets; lead supervisors and contributors.
