NVR, Inc. is hiring for Lavonia Plant production roles on the 1st shift. You’ll perform direct labor tasks in a warehouse-style manufacturing setting, supporting daily output and quality goals. Training is provided; no prior experience required.

In this role, you will be responsible for direct labor production tasks related to building new homes in our warehouse style manufacturing facilities. Our roles require a high focus on flexibility, quality, safety, and productivity. All training is provided, no experience is necessary!

Position Details

• Hiring immediately
• 1st Shift work hours are 6:00am - 2:30pm (M-F).
• Pay rate for this position starts at $21.35,and increases based on experience

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing,warehousingand/or construction environment strongly preferred
• Consideration will be given to candidates with related experience in technical training or certification programs
• Higher starting wages are possible for those with framing, millwork, trim, and other related construction experience and skills
• Experience working as part of a team to achieve productivity goals
• Proven reliability as demonstrated by an excellent attendance record
• Ability to work inside or outside (as required) in a strong safety-focused environment
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, to include the ability tolift, bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time
• Experience with hand tools, nail & staple guns, and ability to read a tape measure are preferred, on the job training provided
