Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Fontana, CA is seeking a Production Associate to support mill operators, operate side loaders, and handle warehouse tasks.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year in manufacturing, and the ability to read a tape measure. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be available for overtime as needed. Base pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery and/or equipment.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use measuring gauges.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist mill operators and operate side loaders.
• Follow safety rules and maintain safety first.
• Read a tape measure and follow posted schedules.
• Provide cost-saving ideas to improve productivity.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality.
• Work as a team member in a dynamic warehouse.
