Job summary

Jobandtalent is recruiting for a Manufacturing Production Associate to work with Wincore Windows in Mineral Wells. You will join an assembly team to fabricate and inspect window and door units, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing 8–10 hours, and operating hand and power tools with care. Day shift is 7:00am to 4:00pm, on-site in Mineral Wells, WV.

Qualifications

• Ability to read basic blueprints, schematics, or technical production orders.
• Prior experience operating, adjusting, and monitoring manufacturing machinery.
• Experience using measuring tools to verify workpiece dimensions against quality standards.
• Previous experience performing quality control checks and inspecting products for damages.
• Experience being cross-trained or rotating across two or more different positions on an assembly line.

Manufacturing Production Associate - Mineral Wells

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Manufacturing Production Associate to work with Wincore Windows in Mineral Wells. This role involves working as part of an assembly team to produce high-quality window and door units.

Shift patterns:

• Day shift: 7:00am to 4:00pm

Pay rates:

• 16.00 - 17.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Manufacturing Production Associate:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to stand on your feet for 8 to 10 hours a day.
• Experience or proven ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to consistently perform repetitive daily manufacturing tasks.
