Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Manufacturing Production Associate to join our team in Columbia, SC. You will operate woodworking machinery and hand tools, learn our product lines and installation methods, and adhere to quality and safety standards to deliver high-quality closet systems.

The role requires reliability, good work ethic, and teamwork. We provide tools and equipment, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, and health/retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in woodworking and hand tools preferred.
• Cabinet-making experience and 32mm systems knowledge a plus.
• Quality-conscious and reliable with good work ethic.
• Team-oriented and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Understand product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
• Follow quality and safety standards.
• Maintain shop equipment according to a schedule.
• Understand cut lists for daily jobs.
• Perform additional tasks as defined by the Production Foreman.

• Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques
• Follow quality and safety standards
• Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule
• Understand cut lists for daily jobs
• Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Foreman

Job Requirements
