Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a General Laborer to join our shop team in Franklin, TN. You will operate woodworking machinery, read cut lists, and follow safety standards to support production of custom closet components.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, paid time off, health and retirement benefits, and company-provided tools. Experience in woodworking is preferred, but training is available for motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• Experience in the woodworking or cabinet-making fields preferred (32mm systems).
• Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Some prior woodworking experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
