Closets by Design is seeking a Manufacturing Production Associate in Columbia, SC. You will operate woodworking machinery and hand tools, support production lines, and ensure quality and safety standards are met on a Monday–Friday schedule.

The role emphasizes understanding product lines, installation techniques, and daily job cut lists, with a collaborative, team-oriented environment and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in woodworking and hand tools preferred.
• Cabinet-making experience and 32mm systems a plus.
• Quality-conscious and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented and punctual.

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques
• Follow quality and safety standards
• Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule
• Understand cut lists for daily jobs
• Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Foreman

Job Requirements
