Job summary

We are continually seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team.This is an evergreen posting for various production and manufacturing positions within our facility. Candidates may be assigned to a specific department based on experience, qualifications, demonstrated skills, and current business needs.Potential Department AssignmentsSuccessful candidates may work in one of the following manufacturing areas:Mechanical AssemblyAssemble equipment bases, wall panels, frames, and mechanical components using hand and power tools while following engineering specifications and quality standards.Piping AssemblyInstall and assemble piping systems and related components used in HVAC equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and follow established manufacturing processes.Electrical AssemblyInstall, route, and connect electrical wiring, controls, panels, and components in accordance with engineering drawings and safety standards.Quality ControlInspect materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with company quality standards, customer specifications, and manufacturing requirements.Testing & Final AssemblyPerform final assembly of smaller units and assist with operational testing, troubleshooting, and verification of product performance prior to shipment.Foam Room OperationsOperate equipment and perform processes related to insulation and foam application while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.ResponsibilitiesAssemble, fabricate, install, inspect, or test products according to department assignment.Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, schematics, or production documents.Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, & manufacturing equipment safely and effectively.Maintain quality and productivity standards.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.Maintain a clean and organized work area.QualificationsManufacturing, production, assembly, construction, mechanical, electrical, or related experience preferred.Ability to use hand and power tools.Ability to read and follow written instructions and technical documents.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Willingness to learn new skills and work in various production areas as needed.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.Ability to lift and move materials in accordance with company safety guidelines.Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include varying temperatures, noise, and production equipment.Why Join Us?Competitive payComprehensive benefits packageCareer growth opportunitiesSkills training and developmentStable, growing manufacturing environmentApplicants will be considered for placement in the department that best matches their qualifications, experience, and current operational needs.
