Experience writing user stories and refining business requirements.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the product backlog for manufacturing and operational capabilities.
Gather, document, and refine requirements from manufacturing stakeholders.
Translate features into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
Prioritize backlog items based on roadmap priorities, value, and dependencies.
Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning with Engineering and QA teams.
Collaborate with Operations and stakeholders to identify improvements.
Ensure requirements are defined before development and validate delivered work.
Support release planning, UAT, and stakeholder communications.
Monitor adoption and effectiveness of released capabilities.
