Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Rochester, NY is seeking a packaging line operator to join our production team on a 12‑hour, 2‑2‑3 rotation (6:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00). This full‑time role includes built‑in overtime, a predictable schedule, and a night differential of $1.25/hr.

You will review specs, set up equipment, run packaging lines, monitor performance via HMI (Sigmatek), and apply Lean methods to sustain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Background in manufacturing or production environments.
• Hands-on familiarity with packaging machinery and HMI systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfort with basic data entry and shop math.

Responsibilities

• Review production plan and verify specs according to SOP.
• Set up and dial-in equipment for each production run.
• Operate and monitor packaging lines; troubleshoot as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and safety checks at shift end.
