Job summary

Union Beverage Packers, LLC is seeking a hands-on production operator to run fast-moving packaging lines. You will handle start-ups, changeovers and shut-downs while monitoring performance to maintain quality and throughput.

Responsibilities include basic troubleshooting, minor repairs, preventive maintenance, and accurate documentation. You will collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Sanitation and Production teams to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with machine operation, mechanical work, or industrial equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on production lines.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end operation of production machinery—start-ups, changeovers, and shut-downs.
• Real-time monitoring to catch issues and sustain quality and throughput.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor mechanical repairs to reduce downtime.
• Execute routine and reactive maintenance; contribute to preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance documentation.
• Operate around fillers, labelers, packers, conveyors, palletizers, and related systems.
