You will coordinate workflow, assign work by skill, coach in the moment, and support hiring and training while reinforcing compliance and QMS expectations. Real-time decisions keep momentum and a smooth handoff to the next shift.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organization.
• Ability to read/execute work instructions and use specialized tools.
