Akkodis is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician for a client in Arden Hills, MN. This 12-month contract role supports manufacturing operations, calibration, quality testing, and process improvements in a medical device environment.

The position requires an AA degree with 3 years of experience or equivalent, and preferred 2–4 years of relevant work. The pay rate is $30-$40 per hour, and benefits are offered. The role emphasizes safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations tasks including setup, calibration, rework and quality testing.
• Develop or assist in methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with engineers on process improvements and experiments.
• Observe and enforce safety rules and regulations (QSR and ISO standards).
• Certify manufacturing associates in production processes.
• Identify and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
• Order and maintain equipment, tools, and fixtures; install and validate equipment.

Akkodis is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician for a client located in Arden Hills, MN. This is a 12-month contract Position. Ideally looking for a candidate with experience in the Medical Device manufacturing Industry

Pay Range: $30 - $40/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

Your Responsibilities will include:

Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments.

Your responsibilities will include:

Observes and complies with all safety rules and regulations. This includes QSR and ISO Standards.

Maintains compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

Work with other technicians and engineers on process improvement. Some experience of project execution.

Identifies and implements corrective actions for manufacturing related issues.

Performs equipment setup and corrective, preventive and calibration maintenance as necessary.

Installs and validates equipment and processes in the production area to improve yield and/or reduce cycle time following the established validation procedure.

Evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. May develop or revise documents and procedures.

Certifies manufacturing associates in the production processes.

Evaluates and orders necessary equipment, tools and fixtures.

Required qualifications:

3 years with AA degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience

Preferred qualifications:

2- 4 years of relevant experience preferred
