Job summary

DivIHN Integration Inc. in San Diego, CA seeks a Technical Writer to create, edit, and maintain manufacturing and testing documentation for the SD Manufacturing team. This onsite role offers 6 months with potential extension and conversion to full time.

Strong emphasis on FDA/clean room style documentation, URS/IQ/IOQ familiarity, and collaboration with engineers. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience, a technical degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Office to draft procedures and

Qualifications

• Experience writing manufacturing documentation.
• Drafting and releasing manufacturing process instructions.
• Releasing equipment documentation packets (URS,IQ,IOQ).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, plan, write and edit procedures for SD Manufacturing team.
• Create Change Orders to release documentation into quality system.
• Meet with users and experts to gather data for documentation.
• Translate technical information for nontechnical users.
• Document engineering processes and specifications.
• Conform to company QA standards.
• Produce products that conform to QA standards.
• Experience writing manufacturing documentation.
• Write process instruction, URS, IQ and proper equipment use.
• Update quality systems (Oracle Cloud).
• Industry experience is a must.
• FDA/manufacturing environment experience in other industries is preferred.
• Bachelor's in engineering a plus; 2-4 years experience ideal.
