Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate's degree with 2 years of process, industrial, or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform time studies and line balancing on assembly lines.
• Support facility layout and improvement projects.
• Train operators on assembly processes.
• Propose and implement improvements to products, processes, and procedures.
• Design and implement new tools to improve quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with Test and Quality Engineers to reduce cycle-time and resolve issues.
• Assist in NPI and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide production floor support as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
